Social Workers Manimaran, Karthik, Manikandan and Shankar have joined hands with the district collector's support to serve people during this corona outbreak.
Various measures are being taken to prevent the spread of coronavirus in the Tiruvannamalai district. As the curfew has been issued, the public is in solitary confinement in their homes. It has been said that Only one person should come out of the house to buy the essentials. The district Collector Mr. Kandasamy said the meat market will be held on Wednesdays and Sundays.People are most vulnerable to the extraordinary situation that is currently underway.Thiruvannamalai district has hired out the vehicles to distribute free food everyday for the narikkuravarkal and the lepers in Tiruvannamalai 'Kirivalappatai Sadai Sami Foundation' has set to offer free food for 500 people every day for meyyur, Narayana, narikkuravargal and leprosy people.
Every morning they drive to their respective areas by vehicle to cook food. Social Workers Manimaran, Karthik, Manikandan and Shankar help people by accomplishing the tasks wholeheartedly. Later they've also found that the monkeys and street dogs living in Thiruvannamalai are not getting food so the Social activists have demanded action to provide food for them and have also accomplished that. They're now feeding every soul with every possible way they can.
