Notice a kid being well-behaved? – Tell their parents how good they are while the kid is present.

Riley my neighbour had been feeding stray dogs for the past one week without anyone’s observation. On seeing this I decided to observe more and so how he makes the dogs happy. On his birthday I went up to his parents and told them about what their son was doing and how a small boy doing that really made me happy, his parents in turn had a proud smile and Riley felt motivated than ever before.
